1. Products. All HONORIS watches are independently designed custom watches assembled under our own brand, built to order after purchase. We are not affiliated with any third-party watch manufacturer.
2. Pricing and payment. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments or PayPal.
3. Shipping. Dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment. Worldwide tracked shipping — estimated delivery 7–12 business days. We are not responsible for customs delays or duties.
4. Returns and refunds. Returns accepted within 30 days for unworn, original-condition items. Buyer pays return shipping. Refunds processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned item. These terms operate in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. Warranty. 12-month movement warranty from delivery, covering mechanical failure through normal use.
6. Intellectual property. HONORIS is an independent brand; all designs, logos, and brand identity are the intellectual property of Auctus Abundantia PTY LTD.
7. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the value of the original purchase price. Nothing limits any liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
