Change-of-mind returns: we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in unworn, original condition with all packaging. Please contact us before returning: honoriswatches@gmail.com. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds: once we receive and inspect the returned watch in acceptable condition, refunds are processed within 2 business days to your original payment method.
Faulty or not-as-described items: contact us within 7 days with photos or a short video. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no return-shipping cost to you.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law: our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. This returns policy is offered in addition to those rights.
